Scott County hasn't always had visible, public spaces that say "you belong here" for LGBTQIA+ people. Becoming a Scott County Pride Partner is a simple way to change that — a public commitment that your business welcomes everyone, paired with a decal you can proudly display. It's a small step that makes a real difference to someone deciding whether to walk through your door.
Pride Partner Pledge
As a Scott County Pride Partner, I pledge to:
🌈 Welcome and serve all people — regardless of sexual orientation, gender identity, or expression — with dignity and respect.
🌈 Foster a workplace and business where LGBTQIA+ employees and customers feel safe being who they are.
🌈 Stand publicly with Scott County Pride in building visibility, community, and belonging for LGBTQIA+ people in our county.
